Service Description
Enjoy 2 hours of private party time with access to our play space for up to 15 children. Includes a birthday-themed Makerspace craft, a party hostess for cleanup, and 30 minutes early access for setup. Not just for birthdays—our space is also available for showers, gatherings, meetings, and special events!
Cancellation Policy
***Booking and Payment*** *50% non-refundable deposits are required to reserve all party dates. *The remaining balance is due one week before the party date. *Parties must be booked 2 weeks in advance ***Cancellations and Rescheduling*** *Deposits are non-refundable. *If you need to reschedule, we will try to work with you to find an available date that works. Deposits may be applied to another available date with 14 days notice. *All party payments, including additional guest fees, are non-refundable. If fewer guests attend than paid for, the difference cannot be credited or refunded. ***Party Time*** *Please arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before your party to set up. *There will be 15 minutes allotted after the party for guests to leave and party to be taken down. *Parties that run past the scheduled time will be charged $10 for every 10 minutes. ***Safety*** *Parents/Guardians are responsible for supervising children during the party. *Paint-friendly clothing is strongly recommended- things can get messy (and fun)!! *No running, rough play, or unsafe behavior. ***Adult Supervision Requirements*** ***2-3 YR OLD PARTIES A parent/ guardian must be present with all 2-3 yr olds to supervise children. ***4-5 YR OLD PARTIES Party host plus 2 adults are required in the building at all times to supervise children. ***6-10 YR OLD PARTIES Party host plus 1 adult required in building at all times to supervise children. ***Damages*** Guests are responsible for any damage to Splatter & Sprout property caused by negligence or misuse. Repair or replacement fees will be charged accordingly.
